Hey Everyone!
Sorry about the long time no contact. We have arrived in Osoyoos after a 76km of biking yesterday. The valley is very hot and we both have nice sunburns. Climbing the summits have been challenging but VERY rewarding. Many people have been encouraging us when they drive by, by honking and yelling "COME ON!" "GOOOOOO".
The wildlife viewing has been great. We have seen loads of mule deer, a few groundhogs, a mountain beaver and loads of birds. Two nights ago we went to bed with the noises of a pack of coyotes yipping.
Well we should get on our bikes again and keep going. Thanks for all those who are supporting us and cheering us on.

Hey Peter and Annie, great to hear from you both. Google map says you have gone 450 km. Your new handles make me think you are still laughing - way to go you two!! Jon (Pat's dad) was asking for you yesterday - he wondered when I was going to fly west to see you :-) love you Mum
